Doggie Delightsis run by Jeni Wareing. The company came about when Jeni decided to create some natural treats for her fussy dog, Jess. After seeing how much Jess enjoyed these, she began making and selling them to people she knew personally. As interest grew, it was quickly realised that she needed a "brand name" and a website to go along with it, and thus Doggie Delights was created. Jess - Head Tester! When Jess first joined the family she was (very) underweight, but completely uninterested in food. After trying many brands, Jess was switched to a Biologically Appropriate Raw Feeding diet - which replicates the natural diet that dogs have evolved to digest. Jess is thriving on her raw diet but she needed some healthy treats to go along with it - and that’s where Doggie Delights came in.
| F.A.Q's Are there any hidden ingredients? There are no hidden ingredients - we tell you everything that we put into our treats! No preservatives, colours or flavour enhancers? We don’t add anything - the only flavours, preservatives or colours in our treats are the ones naturally present in the basic ingredients we put in them! How should I store the treats? Most of the treats we bake can be frozen in a resealable bag on arrival and defrosted as you need more. This works especially well with Liver Cake! Always be sure to freeze things in airtight containers (or bags) and to defrost them in the same container, inside your refrigerator. My dog is on a very specific diet. Can you help?Yes, we can! We are very, very happy to create new treats to suit specific diets. Just send us an email explaining what your dog can and cannot eat, and we will get back to you as soon as we’re able to. My dog is very fussy. Which treat should I order?Liver Cake is the firm favourite, but we can arrange to send you a sample pack of some different treats for a small fee - just email us! Who makes the treats?Jeni Wareing, the owner, bakes everything sold by Doggie Delights in her home kitchen. Where do you get the ingredients? Most of our ingredients are purchased at the local supermarket - but some meat is sourced from our local butcher instead. Got a different question?
